Redford is lucky to be a #FosterThe4th pup from Long Beach Animal Care Services and Live Love Animal Rescue! He was brought in as a stray and this sweet guy was so grateful for a safe place to be that he curled up in the covered cat bed we gave him and slept for 3 hours straight despite all the barking and noise around him. Once awake, he calmly ate his food and shared gentle licks with his rescue humans. This guy was such a gentleman that we had to name him Redford! Since in rescue, Redford continues to charm everyone. Redford is a calm, friendly senior dog who favors relaxing in his bed more than running around! He does not bark or growl and is friendly to those who bring positive vibes to him. He's had a couple of baths and daily short walks (due to his age he is not very active) and he has been a trooper during those adventures. He would make a great companion to any person who is looking for a low maintenance partner. His skin is healing beautifully but we think his scruffy looks just add to his casual charm.
Redford is ready for his forever home where he can work his magic on his forever family!
