    How Grey Muzzle Helped
    Keeping senior pets in homes
    Organization

When her 13-year-old Dachshund, Ozzie, developed a severe dental abscess, Maritza reached out to Neighborhood Pets in Cleveland for help. Maritza said that Ozzie means the world to her - Maritza experiences seizures, and Ozzie alerts and comforts her when one happens. Ozzie takes such good care of her, and she wants to take good care of him in return. But living on a fixed income made an unexpected and expensive dental procedure out of reach.

Thanks to a grant from The Grey Muzzle Organization that you made possible, Neighborhood Pets was able to pay for Ozzie to have much-needed dental care at a local vet clinic. Now he's pain-free and getting lots of love from his grateful family!

Recognizing the many benefits of the human-animal bond, Neighborhood Pets supports people with financial needs by helping them keep their beloved pets in their homes. We are honored to partner with this great organization to help senior dogs like Ozzie stay with the families who love them.
