Gizzmo, a 10-year-old Chihuahua, is a wonderful companion whose owner entered a residential facility. It was a sad family goodbye, but the Cache Humane Society in Logan, Utah, was confident the shelter could find Gizzmo a wonderful home. The shelter’s commitment helped her owner and her family through a difficult transition.
A dental cleaning funded by a grant from The Grey Muzzle Organization gave Gizzmo a bright new smile and gave her new adopters the confidence to bring home an older dog. Gizzmo spent four weeks looking for her family before finding her new home.
