Cisco and Cocoa are Bonded Buddies. They'll be adopted as a pair.

    Here's details on Cisco:

BIG FAN OF: Naps, sitting on laps and hanging out.
NOT A FAN OF: Thunderstorms. Other loud noises don't seem to bother him - just storms. He also doesn't like to be contained, but he was perfect when left out alone in the home when his previous family was at work.
SPECIAL FEATURES: Cisco is a really nice guy who adores his friend Cocoa and is happiest when he's with her. He's a champion lounger and loves being lazy. He likes going on short walks.
OTHER REASONS HE'S SPECIAL: He is laid-back with other dogs, unless they are reactive to him, and pretty much lets them do their own thing. He has never lived with cats.
DREAM HOME: A relaxed home with a loving family.

    Here's details on Cocoa:

BIG FAN OF: People! She loves everyone and can be bouncy when she gets so excited to see you!
SPECIAL FEATURES: Cocoa is a delightful, loving dog who loves laps! She's equal parts cuddly and energetic, so she'll love someone who wants to play ball with her and take her on walks, too. She enjoys tennis balls, Kong balls and squeaky toys and loves being outdoors with her family.
OTHER REASONS SHE'S SPECIAL: She has done well with other dogs but does want to play with them, so she'll do best with other playful dogs. She has never lived with cats.
DREAM HOME: A relaxed home with a loving family who will play and cuddle with her.

The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
