Prince Henry

Prince Henry is 7.5 years old and has been with us since March with very little interest. He doesn’t necessarily need extraordinary care, but he is an older guy who needs a signal boost to help him find a forever home! He was actually adopted from IndyHumane in 2016 but returned to us this spring when his owner passed away ☹ Staff, volunteers, and his foster family love this sweet guy and we can't believe he is still here waiting for a family. Prince Henry's adoption fee has been sponsored.

Prince Henry is described as a "calm couch potato" who wants to be with his humans as much as possible. He would love to cuddle up with you or have small adventures. His foster parent said he is very social, curious, and smart; he knows “sit” and will respond to "Henry". They say, "We normally walk twice a day, he loves car rides, so I'll take him along with me if possible. Really just loves being right next to his human. He has met men and women and was very warm with everyone. He does well in a crate- with a routine schedule he will hop right in the crate without me even prompting him. He loves stuffed animals and will carry them around everywhere he goes."
