This page is dedicated to the Grey Muzzle Always In My Heart campaign donors. During the year, our supporters celebrate the pets they have cherished by making a special "in memory of" donation to the Always In My Heart campaign. A gift of $20 or more supports senior dogs nationwide who have become homeless when they are most in need.

How interesting the Always in My Heart campaign showed up in my email just as I am deeply grieving the recent loss of my beloved daughter. I suppose as a 12 1/2 yr old Labradoodle she was a senior dog, but it seems like yesterday she was a darling gorgeous puppy riding home in my lap. She was the heart of my life, and I love and miss her beyond measure.
Stacey & Vic Andrews
My sweet smiling girl, how we miss your kisses, your wagging tail, your tricks and your never-ending affection. You came to us 12 years ago to be a lifelong companion for Loki, and only had to spend a year apart. Now you are both over the Bridge together again, waiting with Teddy, Mugsy, Nate, Jaati, Trulli and Jammy for your mama and Daddy. We love you forever baby girl. Thank you for being ours.
You were God's great gift to me & I miss you every day. I will love you and honor all dogs because of you -- always.
Brandon, Jessica & McKayla Barton
To the sweetest boy in the world who touched our lives for 14 amazing years. We miss you everyday and are so thankful you chose us.
Thank you for 11 wonderful years Torreya! We miss you every day, but will think of you every time we walk on the beach or play in the snow. You were an amazing companion and we were lucky to know you!
I lost my Ziggy 2 weeks ago. He was my soul. Arthritis robbed him of his life at 13 years old. I wait to see him.
My first love and faithful companion of 14 years you fought courageously until the very end and are now able to run and play again with grandma. Until I see you again, my darling girl I will carry you with me in my heart.
Lynn Ready Aspiotes
Our Dear Lynn has saved countless senior dogs from spending their last days in a shelter or on the street. In addition to adopting her own loved pets, she spends much of her free time helping other senior dogs find loving homes. For her birthday and for those senior dogs to whom she gave a second chance and who in return gave her the greatest gift of unconditional love, we remember and thank you.
I miss this regal proud stubborn old lady more than I can almost bear. I picked her body up from our vet this am and we took our last car ride together to Rolling Acres...the vet offered to do it but Kate and I needed this last ride together. Now continues those series of heart breaking firsts we go through after a loss. We have already had the first coming home to no Kate, the first feeding of meals without her, the first going to bed and waking up to no Kate. Her empty bed just about killed me this morning. And strangely next to our grief and Atticuses grief, Cecile is the most profoundly lost--she was almost inconsolable last night and up and down all night looking over at Kate's bed. Funny cuz they were never super close...in fact they had some pretty epic battles of will themselves. A few physical scuffles even. Course as Jen reminded me, epic battles of will underscored by fierce loyalty and love were really Katie's love style/love lan guage. Mama aka "Geenah" (we always jokingly said this is what she called me)...mama misses you so goddamn much Kate. So does mama Jen and your pack. We are lost without our hub, our anchor.
Our precious angel, Cupid, left us on May 2, 2016. She filled our hearts and our home with love and barks for 11 and 1/2 years. She will live on in our hearts forever as we remember her every single day with a smile and with love.
