Spangle is a Super Senior that was a little down on his luck until he was sprung from the shelter by Peak Lab Rescue. He was an owner surrender at 12-years-old and the shelter was not a good place for him to be. Peak Lab Rescue got him settled into a foster home right away!
Thanks to a grant from Grey Muzzle, Peak Lab Rescue is able to help more seniors like Spangle. He’s a mellow guy, enjoying peanut butter treats and cookies! He also likes to go for walks with or without a leash, when allowed. When he was in his foster home, he loved to lay on the kitchen floor and watch his foster mom and dad cook. He loves people, so it was just a matter of time before he found his forever family.
Spangle was generally in good health and such a sweet, old boy that he found the perfect home quickly. He’s the perfect combination of playful - enjoying a game of fetch - and easygoing - enjoying doing nothing as long as he’s close to his people. We’re not sure how anyone ever let Spangle go, but we’re so thankful that he got another chance at love.
