This little nine-year-old Havanese was surrendered to a shelter in Philadelphia to be euthanized when his owners did not have the funds to take care of his hernia.
Thanks to a grant from The Grey Muzzle Organization, Lit’s hernia was repaired and he was neutered at the same time. Once recovered, Lit headed back to the veterinarian for a dental visit.
With his health restored, Lit’s 109-lb personality is on full display and he’s ready for his second chance at a forever home!
