Grey Muzzle is five years old now, and we are growing. Our national presence means we need help from people all over the country, as well as folks who can do “virtual” work from their computers. Our administrative office is in Raleigh, North Carolina, but our Board members and Ambassadors are in a number of states. We need help from some additional dedicated folks to keep growing and help more old dogs!

Ambassadors
Do you love old dogs? Do you like to talk to people about dogs? The Grey Muzzle Organization is looking for special volunteers to help us spread awareness of Grey Muzzle’s mission in their cities. See our Ambassador page for more details.
Virtual Administration
We also have volunteer work that can be done from your computer but will touch supporters all over the country! We are currently looking for:
- People with project management experience to lead volunteer teams
- Volunteer coordination and administration
- People who have good computer skills and are comfortable working online

Talent Pools
We’re developing several pools of various talents to draw on as needed. This way, you can pick and choose which projects you’d like. Please let us know if you are interested in participating in one of these pools:
Writing: Write special interest articles and short stories for a variety of media, including our newsletter, local papers, press releases, etc. In some cases, we’ll provide the basic content; in other cases, there are opportunities for interviews or researching content. We also need help with grant writing.
Editing: Copy editing
Graphic Design: Develop flyers, posters, brochures and other creative materials. Must use Microsoft Publisher or create Publisher-compatible source. Graphic design for our website is also a possibility.
